Paul Stribley

 

Paul Stribley (Project Manager)

Paul has been the BBLAP Project Manager since August 2001. Previous to this position, he has filled roles as a Technical Officer for Forestry SA (based in Mt Gambier) and a Laboratory Technician at Nuriootpa High School.

Outside of the LAP, Paul remains actively involved in the community through the Country Fire Service, where he is currently a Deputy Group Officer, and as an umpire with the Riverland Football League.

Paul's interests include fishing, kayaking, bushwalking and photography. He is married to Lisa and lives in Berri with their son, Mitchell and daughter, Tamika.

Kathryn McKinnon (Project Officer)

 

Kathryn has been appointed as Project Officer for BBLAP on a part time basis since April 2012. She brings with her a wealth of training and work experience. 
Past positions include revegetation projects in the central goldfields region of Victoria and restoration of the historical Muckleford Railway Station. Her work with Green Streets aimed to reduce packaging of products produced by clientele.  In 2011 she completed a Bachelor of Natural Resources Education at La Trobe University in Bendigo. During this time she was involved with volunteering at local community gardens, international student mentoring and teenage youth groups.
Her hobbies include travelling, bush walking, swimming, canoeing, camping, dance and reading. Originally from Loxton, Kathryn is enjoying being home in the Riverland and her continued involvement with the friendly community.
